Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Lawyer

Trustee Cases

If you are a debtor with a case pending with Cole Hayes as trustee and have questions, please contact your attorney. All communications between you and the trustee must go through your attorney. If you do not have an attorney, you may email chayes@bankruptcyclt.com for information about your case.

In Chapter 7 trustee cases, debtors (through their attorney) are required to provide a standard set of documents that can be located on the bankruptcy administrator’s website. Those documents must be provided through the Stretto portal no later than ten days before the Section 341 meeting of creditors. If you do not have an attorney, the documents may be provided by email pursuant to the letter you receive in the mail from the trustee.
